Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Specialist based in Huntington. The role requires previous experience in Account Management or Business Development, with a focus on fostering relationships and implementing effective sales techniques. Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Account Management or Business Development role is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with key accounts.
- Ability to deliver engaging sales pitches and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Foster and develop strong working relationships with key accounts.
- Actively seek orders and implement effective cross-selling and up selling techniques.
- Participate in site visits to create opportunities for increased sales.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Skills
Please note you need to have a previous experience in an Account Management/Business Development type role.

- Participate in site visits to strengthen connections and create opportunities for increased sales.
- Deliver engaging sales pitches and demonstrations, whether over the phone or in person, to showcase the offerings.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide valuable support to other departments ensuring team cohesion and continuity.
- Commit to continuous learning by enhancing product knowledge through internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales-related activities.
- Engage in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and expand our customer base.
- Actively generate a robust pipeline of phone leads from various sources to drive sales opportunities.
Basic salary range £27,000-30,000 DOE plus commission (up to £42,000 depending of performance).
