We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Office Assistant to join our Executive Support Team at The Air Ambulance Service (TAAS). This is a key role, providing vital support to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and the Executive Support Manager. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our senior leaders are supported with smooth coordination, efficient communication, and excellent organisation — helping them focus on delivering life-saving services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing inboxes, diaries and meeting logistics for ELT
  • Preparing meeting agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking follow-ups
  • Supporting strategic projects and leadership recruitment logistics
  • Coordinating onboarding and inductions for new senior team members
  • Processing expenses, purchase orders and credit card returns
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing confidential information
  • Delivering varied admin and IT support across MS Office platforms

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role (PA, or senior admin support)
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Discreet and professional, with a high level of confidentiality
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
  • A genuine interest in the work and values of The Air Ambulance Service
