At The Air Ambulance Service, every member of our team plays a part in delivering critical care. Whether supporting HEMS crews on urgent missions or helping the Children’s Air Ambulance transfer seriously ill babies and children to specialist hospitals, your work behind the scenes helps save lives.
Why join us?
At TAAS, you’ll be part of a passionate and committed charity that’s making a real difference every day. We value professionalism, compassion and teamwork — and we’re proud of our inclusive, supportive culture.
Whether it’s supporting emergency services from behind the scenes or helping shape the future of our leadership, you’ll play a crucial role in helping us save lives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing inboxes, diaries and meeting logistics for ELT
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking follow-ups

- Processing expenses, purchase orders and credit card returns
- Maintaining accurate records and managing confidential information
- Delivering varied admin and IT support across MS Office platforms
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role (PA, or senior admin support)
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Discreet and professional, with a high level of confidentiality
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A flexible, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
- A genuine interest in the work and values of The Air Ambulance Service
Join us - and be part of something extraordinary.
