Responsibilities

  • Maintain pantry: order and organise snacks, drinks, supplies.
  • Track and restock office supplies.
  • Greet visitors and support onsite meetings.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail.
  • Coordinate daily catered meals.
  • Support recruiting with onsite interviews and new‑hire onboarding.
  • Assist with planning team dinners and outings.
  • Partner with global Admin/IT teams on office projects.
  • Ship packages globally.
  • Keep the office tidy; maintain seating chart.
  • Occasionally assist IT with equipment setup.
