Join Mattioli Woods' Support Services team the operational backbone of our growing business. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environmentand takes pride in delivering excellent service.

About The Role

Our Support Services team keeps everything running smoothly across the group. From managing reception and visitor experience to coordinating mail services and supporting departmental projects, you'll be at the heart of daily operations. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering exposure to different parts of the business and genuine opportunities to make an impact. Reporting to the Support Team Leaders, you'll handle:

Core Responsibilities
  • Reception cover and visitor management
  • Post handling (incoming/outgoing) and courier coordination
  • Stationery and supplies ordering and inventory control
  • Document management printing, scanning, filing, archiving
  • Credit card record maintenance
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Hospitality services coverage
  • Ad hoc administrative support across departments
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and promoting company policies
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5 GCSEs at grades 4-9 (A*-C), including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • StrongIT capabilities
Desirable
  • Previous administrative experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Experience in a professional services or financial services environment
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands in a busy setting
