  • Assist with planning team dinners and outings.
  • Partner with global Admin/IT teams on office projects.
  • Ship packages globally.
  • Keep the office tidy; maintain seating chart.
  • Occasionally assist IT with equipment setup.

Based in the City of London

£16 - £20 per hour DOE

Schedule: 2 days per week, 4 hours per day (with occasional additional hours)

A global financial services firm is seeking a highly organised and capable Office Assistant to keep their new London office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is able to self‑manage and enjoys being the go‑to person for office needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain pantry: order and organise snacks, drinks, supplies; oversee daily upkeep of machines
  • Track and restock office supplies
  • Greet visitors and support onsite meetings
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute mail
  • Coordinate daily catered meals
  • Support recruiting with onsite interviews and new‑hire onboarding
  • Assist with planning team dinners and outings
  • Partner with global Admin/IT teams on office projects
  • Ship packages globally (FedEx, DHL)
  • Keep the office tidy; maintain seating chart
  • Occasionally assist IT with equipment setup
