Registered General Nurse (RGN), Eastbourne, BN21 and BN24. RGN position available to support a fabulous young woman with complex care and health needs. Full-time or Part-time permanent position with set shifts. Offering: GBP28.45 Gross per Hour.
Sarah is soon to be 30 and currently lives with her parents in her childhood home in Eastbourne. She will be moving into her own fully adapted home in Stone Cross (BN24). Her family and team of PAs and RGNs support her. Sarah enjoys activities like cooking, art classes, gardening, playing drums, music, theatre, yoga, shopping, and people-watching. She has Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis, and Dystonia, uses a wheelchair, and has a DBS Deep Brain Stimulator. She communicates through sounds and facial expressions, and enjoys engaging conversations.
The RGN will support Sarah's health and medical needs, including medication management, vital signs monitoring, and care plan updates. The role involves medical duties and supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) and social outings. Overnight shifts are available, with support via monitor if needed.
