A regional health service provider is seeking a qualified mental health professional to work with service users diagnosed with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder in a community mental health team. This permanent role offers hybrid working arrangements and involves delivering Structured Clinical Management. Ideal candidates will have post-qualification experience, knowledge of mental health problems, and strong communication skills. The position supports service users' recovery and works within an established multidisciplinary team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Lancaster and Morecambe Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidates will work with service users who have a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) who are currently on CMHT caseloads. You will deliver Structured Clinical Management (SCM) to a caseload of service users within the community setting. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available upon discussion with the team. SCM is recognised as the gold standard of care for people with EUPD, evidence‑based and in line with NICE guidelines. It is the trust’s approach within the personality disorder pathway. This is an exciting opportunity to develop specific skills in line with evidence‑based treatment and support service users to recover, develop autonomy and no longer require secondary mental health services.
