A mental health care provider in Stockport is seeking an RMN Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing clinical expertise to young people, developing care plans, and fostering multi-disciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex needs. Benefits include 30+ days annual leave, enhanced sick pay, and flexible working arrangements.
We are looking to recruit an RMN Clinical Nurse Specialist on behalf of a mental health provider in the North West. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist mental health service that delivers therapeutic care for young people aged 16 to 30 with complex mental health needs. The service supports individuals through their recovery journey, bridging the gap between hospital settings and independent living. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works collaboratively with young people, families, local authorities, and NHS partners to deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing responsive, trauma-informed clinical input to young people living in supported residential settings and community care packages. Your clinical expertise will shape recovery-focused plans and guide teams in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
You will also deliver training, facilitate reflective practice for staff, support service development, and hold a caseload of young people, working 1:1 and in group settings. This is a highly autonomous and rewarding role, ideal for someone passionate about mental health recovery and multidisciplinary working.
The role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is negotiable on experience, circa £48,000 - £55,000 per annum.
