Requirements for Support Worker
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience working with Dementia & Young Person care
  • Current DBS on the Update Service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients' individual needs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • A valid driving license is desirable but not required.
