The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to take the lead in a thriving, community-focused practice in West London. What You’ll Do

Provide clinical leadership to a close-knit nursing team

Support with surgeries, procedures, admissions and discharges

Lead nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures

Deliver outstanding patient monitoring and inpatient care

Ensure seamless patient transfers to OOH or enhanced care facilities

Coach and develop colleagues, fostering a strong clinical culture

Maintain compliance with RCVS and clinical standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with minimum 2 years’ UK experience

Confident in leading a clinical team and promoting nurse-led services

Skilled in coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues

Strong communicator, able to build lasting client and team relationships

Clinical coach qualification desirable (but not essential)
