• Welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression and ensuring everyone feels valued.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by managing check‑in and switchboard operations in line with our security and GDPR requirements.
• Use reception tools to coordinate, guide, and support guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable visitor experience from arrival to departure.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area, completing regular checks and partnering with service teams to uphold a consistent five‑star standard.
• Foster strong working relationships across departments, embracing a collaborative “One Team” approach and providing support where needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and the visitor experience, escalating issues appropriately and contributing to a culture of excellence.

• A warm, approachable manner with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Confidence using technology, excellent communication skills, and a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational abilities, with flexibility to adapt and prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information or sensitive situations.
• The ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a wide range of people, from visitors to senior leaders.
