They’re offering a salary of c£30,000 per annum (with flexibility for an outstanding candidate), an excellent discretionary annual bonus of up to 15%, with other brilliant benefits including flexitime (working core hours of 9:30am-3:30pm 37.5 hours), free lunch daily, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the option to purchase additional holiday.

- Process sales orders from start to finish
- Complete all relevant export documentation with accuracy
- Liaise with shipping companies to ensure goods are shipped in a timely manner
- Communicate with wider internal team to ensure goods are shipped to customers efficiently
- Bring own ideas to the role and always strive to improve processes where possible
Skills & Experience
- Experience working within an exports administration role
- Working knowledge of regulation for shipping goods overseas
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Good customer service skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders effectively
