Job Description

Project QS/Commercial Manager required for Special Projects for Tier One developer/contractor - South London

The client is looking for a Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to work alongside a Senior Construction Manager and run multiple (3-5) projects up to £1m-£5m from preconstruction (cost planning, estimating and pricing) through the construction process and to close out.

Responsibilities include managing a variety of projects, primarily fit out, but also including minor infrastructure, refurbishment, build, and MEP works.

The role involves procuring and managing principal/main contractors, offering a hybrid contractor/client-side opportunity, suitable for individuals with strong experience in both pre and post-contract phases, preferably on fit-out projects under £5m.

Contract duration will be a minimum of one year or ongoing, with hybrid working options available.
