• Strong knowledge of buying and quantity surveying activities.
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC and Health and Safety requirements.
• Experience in procurement and purchase of materials and subcontract labour.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quantity Surveying and Buying activities in line with the COINS framework.
• Assist Land team with estimating land purchase exercise viability.
• Monitor and evaluate subcontract performance.
