Job summary
A leading flooring distributor is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop sales across North East and Yorkshire. This role involves identifying new business, maintaining key account relationships, and promoting flooring products. While experience in the flooring industry is advantageous, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are prioritized. The position offers a competitive salary of £40k - £46k plus a monthly commission scheme worth an additional £12k per annum.

- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Area Sales Manager to join a growing business. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing sales across the North East and Yorkshire, focusing on both independent flooring retailers and contractors.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximise sales potential.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, particularly within West & South Yorkshire.
- Promote the company’s full range of flooring products and accessories.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.
