• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who has exceeded sales targets.
• Experience in Home Improvements or related fields preferred.
• Driver with full UK driving license and own car.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of self-employed Sales Executives.
• Recruit self-employed Sales Representatives and Marketing Agents.
• Provide training and development to the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations during presentations.
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve business targets.
