Sales Manager

Overview

Are you a confident results-driven sales professional with leadership experience and a passion for customer care? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. This is a hands‑on, sales-focused role where you will manage the day-to-day running of a thriving sales office, lead a team of sales advisors, and ensure our clients’ standards of customer service and engagement remain at the highest level. You will be responsible for driving new business and growth within existing accounts while building long‑term client relationships and supporting your team to deliver outstanding results.

Benefits
  • Competitive basic salary of 35000 per annum.
  • Monthly commission.
  • Up to 20% discretionary performance‑related bonus.
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increasing up to 33 days with length of service).

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement in both sales processes and customer service standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the food, beverage or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience managing both sales and customer service teams with measurable results.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build quick rapport with customers.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation and problem‑solving.
  • Highly organised with excellent administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Target‑driven, adaptable and proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and service improvement.
