A leading financial services group in the UK seeks a Senior Manager for People Performance & Enablement, responsible for enhancing workforce productivity. This role involves leading a global team, driving strategic initiatives using AI and data analytics, and managing attendance and performance processes. The position offers a competitive salary band and a hybrid working model.
Salary band: £76,194 - £89,640
Location: Bristol, Halifax, or Leeds
Hours: 35 hours, full time
Working pattern: hybrid, two days per week at one of the office sites.

You will be responsible for leading and operationalising strategic initiatives that enhance workforce productivity, attendance compliance, and performance outcomes. Operating in a highly automated and eventually AI driven environment, this role will lead on ensuring advanced HR technologies and data analytics are effectively used to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and better colleague experiences around attendance and performance processes. The role holder will be expected to manage a global team of c.35 operational specialists to effectively support the business in the effective management of performance and attendance cases. The role will demand a combination of strategic, technical, human centric and judgement-based capabilities.
