We are supporting a family owned Food Manufacturer on their search for a Brand Manager, this business has been making great strides over the last few years, now well placed for growth the next few years look extremely exciting for this business.

This is a role for a self-starter with a sense of adventure and big ideas; someone who will thrive to make a material impact in a highly entrepreneurial, sleeves rolled-up culture, free from unnecessary policy and bureaucracy, but with the backing of a major global player

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus bonus

The role…

As Brand Manager, you'll take full ownership of brand growth across retail channels. You'll refine positioning, lead innovation, and execute campaigns that build awareness, drive conversion, and prepare the brand for national retail expansion. This is a strategic role which will see you take ownership of a brand that is at a really exciting phase of their journey.

Operating in both branded and private label spaces it has become extremely agile over the last few years and with significant recent investment in new manufacturing facilities this is a really exciting time to join the business.

We are looking for a creative marketeer who loves innovation, you may even call yourself a bit of a foodie. This would really suit an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager from FMCG looking to really take a brand to the next level. You will be motivated by strategy, love working with internal and external stakeholders.
