The Role

As our Assistant In Room Dining Manager, your role is to lead your team in the seamless delivery of world-class service and experiences. You will ensure that food and beverage operations are performed to the highest standards, with a focus on guest satisfaction, revenue optimisation, and staff development. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of our In Room Dining, including managing resources, upholding quality standards, and consistently delivering a memorable guest experience across the department.
