Salary: £30,378 to £33,951 per annum (£18,226 to £20,370 pro rata)

The Team

The Enterprise Centre sits within the Business Development Office and plays a central role in supporting entrepreneurial activity across the University. It provides dedicated space and tailored support for a diverse range of ventures, including student‑led businesses, social enterprises, and community start‑ups. The Centre works collaboratively with the Business School, Professional Services, and external mentors to deliver impactful initiatives that enhance employability, innovation, and local engagement.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Enterprise Centre Manager to lead the operational delivery and strategic development of the Centre. The role is 22.2 hours per week. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations, including tenancy agreements, facilities, and user support, while also driving marketing, events, and stakeholder engagement. The role includes supervising a Graduate Intern and working closely with internal and external partners to ensure the Centre contributes meaningfully to the University’s enterprise and employability goals.
