• Provides coaching to groups of teams, including the establishment of new teams, and summarizing and promoting best practices.
• Collaborating with senior enterprise leadership to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements.
• Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams\' delivery progress.
• Identifying learning and development opportunities for multiple teams on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining and delivering training materials as needed.

Base Salary : $80,000.00 – $185,150.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 08/07/2025, although it may be longer with business discretion.
