This is a brand new position, created to strengthen delivery and process alignment across engineering, operations, and customer teams. You'll have the freedom to shape the role, refine internal processes, and ensure client projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You’ll act as the bridge between technical, commercial, and operations functions, overseeing everything from system upgrades to new product rollouts and process improvements.
