A leading care service provider in the UK is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a children's home. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in residential care, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering therapeutic care. We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our 3 bedded Children’s Home located near Grantham. This is a really exciting opportunity for a current manager seeking a new challenge or an experienced deputy manager looking for the next step in their career to be an integral part shaping the home. We are committed to delivering therapeutic care to children and young people to provide them with the best emotional and physical environment to live in. Children and young people residing at the home may have experienced significant trauma and may have specific learning, physical and / or emotional needs. We are looking for someone who has a passion delivering therapeutic care and has previous experience in a similar environment.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is necessary. All offers of employment are subject to pre-employment checks including satisfactory references, medical checks and proof of right to work in the UK.
