A reputable Home Care provider is seeking a passionate Care Coordinator in Wokingham, Berkshire. This role involves care coordination, scheduling, and compliance with CQC regulations to ensure the well-being of vulnerable clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in home care coordination and strong relationship-building skills. The position offers career progression opportunities and a supportive working environment with a Monday to Friday schedule, office hours from 09:30 to 17:30, plus on-call duties two days a week.
Starting Salary: £26K P.A.

As Care Coordinator you will make a significant difference to the well being of predominantly elderly people wishing to remain independent in their own home. My client is presently experiencing a period of exciting growth within the local community. Due to this steady growth further career opportunities may be available for those who wish to progress their career to Deputy Care Manager or indeed Registered Care Manager. However my client is keen to be introduced to all candidates who have a genuine interest in Home Care even if wishing to remain in a Care Coordinator role.
