Catastrophic Injury Case Manager – HCPC / SWE / NMC

Remote (Home-based) with Travel

Employed Salary : £40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Car Allowance

Associate Rates : £55 – £70 per hour + Mileage

Overview

Compass Associates are pleased to be supporting a clinically led, well-established case management provider within a respected national group, as they expand their specialist team of Catastrophic Injury Case Managers.

This organisation delivers high-quality, client-centred case management for individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries including traumatic and acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex polytrauma and other severe orthopaedic or neurological injuries. They focus on relationship-based, ethical practice supported by strong clinical governance and access to an extensive multidisciplinary network.

You will manage a caseload of adults and / or children with complex rehabilitation needs, completing detailed assessments, developing bespoke rehabilitation programmes, coordinating MDT input and supporting families, legal teams and care providers. This is a remote role, offering autonomy while still benefitting from a highly supportive clinical leadership structure, regular supervision, and funded professional development.

Location

This is a home-based role with travel to clients, MDT professionals and solicitors within your region.

Caseloads are allocated based on your home location and typically fall within a two-hour radius.

Referrals are plentiful, with immediate caseload potential across Northamptonshire, Greater London and the surrounding Home Counties such as Oxfordshire, Bucks, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Kent and Essex.

Contracts Available

Both Employed and Associate contracts are available.

A minimum commitment of 3 days per week is preferred (exceptionally 2 days may be considered if flexibility is maintained), with up to Full-Time hours available.

Salaries / Rates (DOE)
  • Employed Case Manager : £40,000 – £50,000 + Car Allowance (approx. £4,000 p.a. DOE) + Mileage
  • Associate Case Manager : £55 – £70 per hour + Mileage
Essential Criteria
  • Qualified OT, Physiotherapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Nurse or Social Worker
  • Current registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE
  • Experience working with individuals with complex injuries (e.g., community complex care, ICU / ITU, neuro, spinal, trauma, or specialist rehab). Prior medico-legal case management experience is welcome but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
