We are recruiting a Concession Store Manager to manage a dedicated Mamas & Papas concession store team of eight at our NEXT store in Solihull.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of eight to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store operating targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, store merchandising and visual presentation.
• Own store profit–loss and drive cost control.
