A family-owned business in the UK is looking for an experienced HRBP or Interim HR Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves providing hands-on HR support during an organisational transition and managing complex ER cases. The successful candidate will engage closely with Operations and senior leadership, drive HR projects, and maintain a positive culture. This opportunity offers a salary of £50,000 to £60,000, onsite parking, and a chance to make a visible impact across HR operations.
