This role combines technical implementation (systems, databases, e-commerce) with digital marketing execution (SEO, content, lead generation) to support our ambitious growth plan.The ideal candidate understands both the technical infrastructure needed for operational efficiency and the marketing strategies required to drive B2B growth in industrial sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Automate quotation processes and customer communications.
  • Set up email marketing automation and customer segmentation.
  • Integrate systems for seamless data flow (inventory, CRM, e-commerce, accounting).
  • Build or oversee development of e-commerce capability for standard product.
  • Create product pages with technical specifications, CAD drawings, and cross-references.
  • Assess current technology stack and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure data security and backup protocols.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for B2B industrial audience.
  • Manage company website, blog, and online product catalogue.
  • Optimize for search engines (technical SEO for industrial products).
  • Develop digital campaigns targeting specific industries (food processing, manufacturing, HVAC, etc.)
