A boutique law firm in Manchester is seeking a Remote Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions. Candidates should have at least 4 years of PQE in residential property law and a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act. Spirehouse are partnered with a highly regarded, boutique firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their property team.
This is an excellent opportunity that offers fully remote working.
You will handle a broad range of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Shared ownership and new build transactions
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters
Building Safety Act 2022 (High Rise) Matters
You’ll work within a collaborative team that values efficiency, client care, and high-quality service delivery.
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 4 years’ PQE in residential property law
- Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
- Competitive salary (DOE)
