Job summary

A global technology solutions company is seeking interim legal support for 3–6 months starting in February 2026. Job description

We are partnering with a global business technology solutions company with a diverse product portfolio, seeking interim legal support for 3–6 months, starting in February 2026.

In this role, you will support the UK and European legal teams across a broad range of commercial matters, including hardware, software, services, and general commercial contracts.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements, including procurement and supply chain contracts
  • Advising on sale and supply agreements, distribution and reseller agreements, SLAs, licensing, and IP matters
  • Providing legal guidance to sales teams on customer agreements and commercial arrangements

This role is ideal for candidates with at least 5 years PQE, a strong commercial legal background, and experience within technology or consumer-facing businesses. The position is hybrid, with 1-2 days per week onsite in Greater London.
