A modern law firm in Bedfordshire is seeking an experienced Childcare Solicitor with at least four years PQE to join their expanding public law department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload involving parent work, Care proceedings, and more. The Role
Childcare Solicitor – Bedfordshire – Salary up to £60,000 + Bonus
Superb opportunity to join a modern and forward-thinking law firm that offers specialist legal advice across family matters, wealth or asset preservation and inheritance planning.
Due to expansion in the public law department, the team are now looking for a Childcare Solicitor with at least four years PQE to help grow their leading children team.
The caseload will be varied with matters such as Parent work, Care proceedings, Deprivation of Liberty applications, Secure Order applications, Special Guardianship Orders, and Adoption.
The exact work will be allocated to the candidate which they prefer, for example parent or guardian work.
Law Society Children Law Accreditation is an advantage, but not essential.
The candidate should have a proven track record in this area of law and experience of working within a care team.
