In-House Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (3+ PQE) – London

The Role

You’ll provide commercial and strategic legal support across a wide range of activities, including:

  • Advising on major projects — bidding, negotiation, drafting and dispute management
  • Working with cross-functional teams to assess legal, commercial and reputational risk
  • Enhancing internal capability through training, templates, tools and process improvements
  • Delivering pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across compliance, regulation, construction, IP, DP, procurement, M&A, real estate, litigation and employment
About You
  • UK-qualified lawyer with 3+ PQE gained in a top-tier private practice or strong in‑house team
  • Strong commercial judgement and risk awareness
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
