We're looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a people-first Personal Injury firm in Manchester with a reputation for fairness, clarity and empathy. Step into a leadership role at a modern, values-led firm, leading and mentoring a team while managing a reduced multi-track caseload. The role offers a salary of £45,000–£50,000 DOE plus parking, gym, bonus and hybrid working.

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-6 years’ PQE
• Extensive experience handling EL/PL/OL and RTA multi-track and intermediate-track cases
• Previous team leadership experience
• Confident communicator with excellent technical and people management skills
• Proactive, positive and ready to lead by example
• Strong client care focus and commitment to fairness and access to justice

• Leading and mentoring a team of personal injury fee earners
• Managing team performance, quality and development
• Supporting junior lawyers through regular 1:1s, feedback and training
• Running a reduced, high-quality caseload of EL/PL/RTA files
• Acting as an escalation point for complex or sensitive matters
• Upholding best practice, compliance and the firm’s core values
• Supporting the Operations Manager and Head of Department in delivering strategic goals

• Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
