The Opportunity

Spirehouse are partnered with a highly regarded, boutique firm who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their property team.

This is an excellent opportunity that offers fully remote working.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Shared ownership and new build transactions
  • Lease extensions and enfranchisement matters

Building Safety Act 2022 (High Rise) Matters

You’ll work within a collaborative team that values efficiency, client care, and high-quality service delivery.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 4 years’ PQE in residential property law
  • Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
