In this role, you'll carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks on a single site. It's a 40 hour week contract split across 7 days.

This position would suit someone with a maintenance background who is looking for variety, stability, and a company that prioritises its employees' well-being.

The Role:

• Carrying out a range of facilities maintenance tasks
• Working across commercial and residential properties
• 40 hours per week on a shift pattern.

The Person:

• Broad background in general facilities maintenance
• Skills in plumbing, decorating, carpentry, or outdoor maintenance desirable
• Engineering qualification needed
