Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Customer Account Executive in Crick, Northamptonshire. The position offers a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 plus annual bonus. Responsibilities include compiling quotes, processing orders, and managing internal accounts. - Compiling quotes.
- Checking stock availability.
- Processing customer orders onto SAP.

- Liaising with worldwide manufacturing facilities.
Skills
Customer Account Executive – Crick, Northamptonshire. Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus Annual Bonus. Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch. 1 day per week remote working (after 3 months).
- Compiling quotes
- Checking stock availability
- Processing customer orders onto SAP
- Internal account management
- Working closely with the Sales Manager Supporting the external sales force
- Liaising with worldwide manufacturing facilities
- All administration relating to the department/role
- Learn technical product knowledge
- 3 years\' plus experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Competent in IT including Microsoft Office 365
- Ecommerce experience
- A knowledge of SAP would be advantage although a comprehensive training program will be provided
Holidays are: 26 days plus bank holidays. None required to keep back for Christmas. Generous Pension Scheme
