Overview

Customer Account Executive – Crick, Northamptonshire. Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus Annual Bonus. Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch. 1 day per week remote working (after 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Compiling quotes
• Checking stock availability
• Processing customer orders onto SAP
• Internal account management
• Working closely with the Sales Manager Supporting the external sales force
• Liaising with worldwide manufacturing facilities
• All administration relating to the department/role
• Learn technical product knowledge

Person Specification

• 3 years\' plus experience working in a customer service environment, ideally in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Competent in IT including Microsoft Office 365
• Ecommerce experience
• A knowledge of SAP would be advantage although a comprehensive training program will be provided
