Working Hours

Constellation, part of Compass Group, optimises work schedules across 5,000+ venues in the UK. This role offers flexible shifts that work around your life, with opportunities to work on both event days and set-up days at Principality Stadium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver friendly, prompt, and professional service to colleagues and guests.
  • Support front-of-house and hospitality teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the set-up and clear-down of hospitality areas.
  • Carry out manual handling tasks, such as moving furniture.
  • Clear and organise back-of-house areas in preparation for events.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen Porters to streamline operations on event days.
  • Carry out any additional tasks requested by Hospitality Managers, including setting up or breaking down hospitality zones.
