A leading retail cooperative is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Northampton to oversee store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. Customer Team Leader
Location: Upton Place High Street, Northampton, NN5 4UX
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: up to 5 varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you’ll need to authorise age‑related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co‑op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
