A well-known retail company in Carluke seeks a Customer Team Leader to provide excellent service and lead the store team. You will engage with customers, manage team capabilities, and support the Store Manager. Ideal candidates will have strong people skills, organizational capabilities, and flexibility for varied shifts. The role also offers comprehensive training, 36 days of holiday, and a pension scheme with up to 10% contributions. This is a part-time position with potential for overtime and career growth.

Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and weekends – to be discussed at interview.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you'll need to authorise age‑related sales. This role may involve periods of independent working which we'll discuss with you at interview. We'll provide relevant safety technology, and the duration of lone working will be kept within agreed guidelines.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager – while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like restocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
