Customer Team Member

Location: 361 Beersbridge Road, Belfast, BT5 5DT
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
