As a Senior Engineering Product Owner at JPMorgan Chase within the Equity Derivatives business, you are an essential member of an agile team dedicated to developing and delivering trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address diverse challenges across multiple technologies and applications, making a significant business impact.

You will serve as a front office product owner responsible for the technology portfolio of a rapidly growing business within JP Morgan. Collaborating closely with traders, structurers, and technologists, you will help scale this business. The role requires experience in fast-paced project management, including formulating long-term business strategies, planning technology programs to achieve these strategies, triaging new project requests, prioritizing them within the overall program, and ensuring in-flight projects are completed successfully.

1. Act as a Front Office Product Owner
2. Provide technical guidance and support to the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors
3. Drive decision-making related to product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
4. Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more focus areas across the function
5. Contribute to fostering a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

• Formal training or equivalent experience in Product Management
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technologists and business users
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid foundation in computer science and software engineering principles
• Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new ideas, concepts, and technologies
• Disciplined approach to code management, testing, and deployment practices

• Experience working in a front office environment within financial services
