Job Title: Lead Generator – Insurance Sales

Salary: £22,000 – £23,000 + monthly bonus

Noble Recruiting are working with a respected insurance company looking for a Lead Generator to join their team. This telephone-based role involves making outbound business calls to gather insurance renewal dates and generate leads for the sales team.

• Make outbound calls to businesses to collect insurance renewal details and fact-find where possible.
• Pass qualified leads to the insurance sales team.
• Accurately update the CRM with call notes and client details.
• Build rapport with clients and represent the company in a professional, positive manner.

• Confident, proactive communicator who enjoys phone-based work.
• Target-focused with excellent time management skills.
• Strong IT and organisational skills.
• Must have a quiet, professional work-from-home set-up suitable for phone work.

• £22,000 – £23,000 per annum + monthly bonus
