A leading automotive company is seeking a Customer Advisor in Maidstone, Kent. This role involves guiding customers through the aftersales journey, quoting and selling service plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must hold a full valid UK driving licence. Responsibilities
- Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers.
- Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
- Estimate repair costs and times.
- Resolve any concerns when repairs are suggested.
- Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed.
- Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
- Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
- Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
- Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check.
This Customer Advisor role at Stellantis & You is a key member of our Aftersales team in Maidstone, Kent. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through the Stellantis & You customer journey.
Location: Cuxton Rd, Maidstone ME15 9YF, United Kingdom
Salary: From £42,000 per annum, plus a competitive bonus OTE of up to £43,000. Hours: Full time, 37–40 hours per week. Contract: Permanent.
