Role Purpose

face to face appointments with potential and existing clients. Opening new accounts and products as well as servicing their needs. Delivering a Personalised and friendly service every day. You will be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us. Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations – determining the best was we can support them. This role will require you to be flexible, well organised, and happy to work in a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose: We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience to join our branches in the role of Customer Service Advisor. If you are ambitious with a helpful personality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Exceptional Customer Service levels, passion for delivering superior customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in working in a customer facing environment.

Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations – determining the best way we can support them.

Qualifications
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and IT literate.
  • Previous experience in a banking environment would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexibly and engage in a dynamic environment.

Working Hours & Location

Our team operates between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 10:00-15:00. We are currently recruiting Customer Service Opportunities at our Guernsey Branch.
