A leading international bank in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional service and support to clients. The role involves assisting customers with banking needs, raising fraud awareness, and working in a flexible and dynamic environment. Applicants should have a passion for helping others and previous customer-facing experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers; educating them to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us. Actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations – determining the best was we can support them. This role will require you to be flexible, well organised, and happy to work in a dynamic environment.

Our team operates between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 10:00-15:00. We are currently recruiting Customer Service Opportunities at our Guernsey Branch.
