Customer Advisor – Maidstone Dealership

We are looking for an experienced automotive Customer Advisor to join our Aftersales team at Stellantis & You in Maidstone. You will be the key link between our customers and our technicians, guiding each customer through the Stellantis & You customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers for the group
• Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing and follow-up contact
• Estimate repair costs and times
• Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs
• Inform and update customers on progress or additional works needed
• Prepare and explain invoices and take payments

Experience & Qualifications

• Experienced automotive Customer Advisor
• Valid UK driving licence
