About the Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the team at La Marzocco UK & Ireland. We are looking for an After Sales Manager – an inspiring leader and experienced engineer of coffee equipment. The role works closely with our Approved Network of independent engineers, resellers, and in‑house technicians to build stronger relationships and support them in the marketplace. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our partner‑supporting strategy. This demanding role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent time‑management, and the ability to work under pressure while collaborating with all departments to capitalise on opportunities for partners and consumers.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage the After Sales function for the UK & Irish markets.
  • Lead and coordinate the After Sales Team agenda.
  • Plan and deliver the department's yearly and quarterly roadmaps to all stakeholders.
  • Set After Sales department goals and manage team performance.
  • Prepare weekly departmental reports for the Managing Director.
  • Provide training on maintenance and use of our equipment.
  • Coordinate events such as the London Coffee Festival, Coffee Road shows and other marketing events.
  • Manage and distribute Technical Bulletins.
  • Oversee warranty claims procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with the Approved Network of independent engineers, resellers, and in‑house technicians.
  • Analyse and report on field issues and product feedback.
  • Provide feedback for product improvement to the factory.
  • Travel within the UK, Ireland, and occasional trips to Italy (valid passport and UK driving licence required).
  • Conduct training and on‑road demos/testing of new products.
  • Collaborate closely with our partner Espresso Solution on spare parts, loan stock, and repair.
  • Develop engaging and trustworthy inner and outer relationships for mutual success.
Person Specification
  • 2+ years of technical and electrical experience.
  • Valid UK full driving licence.
