  • Estimate repair costs and times.

  • Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
  • Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
  • Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
  • Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check.

Overview

This Customer Advisor role at Stellantis & You is a key member of our Aftersales team in Maidstone, Kent. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through the Stellantis & You customer journey.

Location and Compensation

Location: Cuxton Rd, Maidstone ME15 9YF, United Kingdom

Salary: From £42,000 per annum, plus a competitive bonus OTE of up to £43,000. Hours: Full time, 37–40 hours per week. Contract: Permanent.
