We re expanding our busy Maintenance Contract Recruitment team in Leicester and looking for someone ready to join us. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you ll start by mastering the recruitment process and candidate management:

• Sourcing top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal systems.
• Interviewing candidates to assess their fit and career goals.
• Managing candidates through every step, from first contact to placement.
• Generating leads and spotting opportunities to build your future client base.
• Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate with candidate and client details.

When you re ready, you ll step into a full 360 role:

• Winning new business by building real relationships with hiring managers.
• Managing your own client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions.
• Advising clients using market insight - not just selling on price.
• Running end-to-end recruitment projects and seeing your work pay off in your earnings.

We re looking for someone who:

• Communicates confidently and enjoys building rapport.
• Is ambitious, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
• Brings attention to detail and stays organised when things get busy.
• May have B2B or B2C sales experience - but more importantly, has the hunger to succeed and grow.
• Has a high level of spoken and written English.
